Tests if Google SXG correctly ingests HTML documents.
The progress bar starts at 50% and decrements.
If it reaches 0%, then Google SXG cache is probably dead. The test is still working, it may become alive, but do not count on it.
When it goes to 100% it means Google SXG cache is alive.
